Family interventions
Bespoke family interventions have centred on preventative supports and interventions in families in the Knowsley area of Liverpool with young people involvement in gang associations and county lines drug movements where violence is a factor. Secondly in both urban and rural areas in the northeast where family tensions are surrounded by poverty, poor parenting, and the impact of parental drug use on the family. Crisis and support interventions go hand in hand and typically require the levering in of safeguarding and public protection. Family intervention strategies are sensitively developed with the family working toward bitesize milestones for small step achievements and the development of a wide range of locality linkages to maximise holistic supports and safety mechanisms to underpin family improvements.
Recovery Foundations
In partnership with service users and other stakeholders, we continue to develop a range of recovery community facilities including hubs that offer a safe space where a range of services and activities can be provided. This is an expanding concept that we are working on to include a wider range of events and activities in numerous locations.
Clinical
Still in our starting up phase we are developing our work and offerings to work in partnership with commissioners, the NHS, Public Health and approved organisations in the voluntary sector to deliver high quality services to vulnerable and excluded groups.
We are developing this service applying thorough quality standards based on being inclusive, respectful to all utilising new methods and technologies to achieve both efficiency and effectiveness. We have established links with NHS Innovation and the Department for Health and Disparities with the intention of delivering a number of clinical trials which we hope and expect will lead to the formation of a dedicated clinical health service as part of our service provision.
Thereafter we will cultivate significantly close links with Primary Care, Secondary Care and established and reputable Community providers of specialist drug and alcohol services for partnership collaborations.
Our aspiration is to grow to deliver community medical services in a range of urban and rural populations across England, particularly in areas of enhanced deprivation to include community detoxification and wider healthcare services.
Health and Wellbeing
Our health and wellbeing services range from lifestyle or behavioural advice, guidance and interventions increasingly through to clinical referral until we are resourced for delivery, and these services will be delivered across a significant footprint.
Working in partnerships As Health and Wellbeing services are typically commissioned by Local Authorities we are developing our services to work very closely with commissioners to deliver the best of class, safest, efficient most effective services including the introduction and piloting innovation and new models.
We regularly work in partnership and some consortium models. It’s usually the way we can achieve more with and for our service users as we can draw on wide ranging and complementary expertise and experience to address the different, individual needs of our service users. We have exclusive access to a new resilience proficiency approach and programme to achieve sustainable progression outcomes.

It incorporates best practice and boasts of significant integration of lived experience involvement in all aspects of development, trialling, testing and continuous improvement.
