Protecting Our Communities

About Our Safeguarding Commitment
Be 4 Care ensures that the principles and duties of safeguarding are applied consistently and conscientiously. The wellbeing of all individuals is at the core of our services, ensuring every interaction counts.
What is Safeguarding and Why It Matters
Safeguarding involves protecting the health, wellbeing, and human rights of individuals, allowing them to live free from harm, abuse, and neglect. It is a crucial part of providing high-quality health care. Safeguarding is a shared responsibility, especially for those most in need, including:
- Children and young people
- Adults at risk, such as those receiving care at home, individuals with physical, sensory, or mental impairments, and those with learning disabilities
All staff, regardless of their role or the sector they work in, have a responsibility to safeguard those at risk of abuse or neglect.
Our Safeguarding Policies
Be 4 Care has implemented several policies to meet statutory requirements and ensure accountability in safeguarding children, young people, and adults at risk. These policies are guided by legislation and codes of conduct for our employees. [Link to our Policy to download]
